1. Seller and scope

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed by consumers in the Vintage Car Gear online shop. A consumer is a natural person entering into a transaction predominantly for private purposes.

Your contracting party is Vintage Car Gear, Sebastian Misselwitz, Eggersweide 89, 22159 Hamburg, Germany. Trade register: Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Wandsbek District Office, 01355389. 2. Products and conclusion of the contract

Product listings in the shop invite you to place an order. They do not yet constitute a binding offer from us.

You can order the items offered in the shop through checkout without registering. If a customer account is offered, using or creating one is optional.

You can check and correct your details before submitting your order. By clicking the final button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, for example “Order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods shown.

We accept your offer by sending our order confirmation by email. Please check that confirmation for accuracy and retain it. The contract text and order details will be provided to you in text form. The contract language is German.

3. Prices, small business regulation and payment

All prices are in euros. As a small business within the meaning of section 19 UStG, we do not charge or show VAT. Any shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you place your order.

The payment methods actually offered during checkout and the due date are shown there. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract unless checkout states otherwise.

4. Delivery and shipping costs

Available delivery areas, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are stated in the relevant product information and during checkout before you place your order. That information applies. For items made or printed after you order, please observe the delivery time stated in the product information.

We deliver to the address you provide during checkout. For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to you only when the goods are handed over to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them.

5. Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Details and the model withdrawal form are available in our withdrawal information. Making or printing an item after an order does not, by itself, exclude that right. Statutory exceptions apply only where their specific requirements are met.

6. Statutory rights in the event of defects

Statutory rights in the event of defects apply. These rights exist independently of withdrawal because an item does not suit you and are not restricted by these terms.
